Aw B is Emma Hall-Phillips a DJ musician and promoter based in Tmaki Makaurau. A key member of Aotearoas dance whanau Aw B has graced the stages of some of New Zealands best loved festivals including Splore A Low Hum and Rhythm and Vines. Setting aside the restrictions of genre her sought-after DJ sets weave seamlessly through house techno breaks and bass with the odd shameless banger thrown in. Alongside Katherine Anderson (DJ and producer k2k) Emma runs Moments a promotions group whose kaupapa is curating parties with a purpose. With a focus on amplifying marginalised voices within Aotearoas dance community their work within Pneke and Tmaki Makaurau has been a breath of fresh air for the cities nightlife.
K2K
Katherine Anderson better known as K2K is a multi-talented artist DJ and promoter who consistently pushes boundaries with her productions and energetic DJ sets. After graduating from Red Bull Music Academy in 2015 and co-producing their radio show Scenery: New Zealand Katherine has been lighting up dance floors across New Zealand Australia and Europe. Her DJ sets are only growing bigger and better having supported the likes of Kevin Saunderson Omar S Fatboy Slim and featuring at Splore RnV Wondergarden and Laneway.
