Learn some cool skills throwing, catching, flipping, spinning and rolling a flowerstick in plenty of different ways. Loads of fun and satisfying to learn. Suitable for all ages.

Want to crochet your own bucket hat but don’t feel like clicking through a thousand tutorials?

What’s the difference between a chain stitch and a slip stitch? How do I make a double crochet and what do I need a slip stitch for?

If you have no idea what these terms mean but would like to know, then come to our workshop and for all those who already know how to crochet, we can also work on projects together!

Early noughties bangers a guilty pleasure?

Always wanted to shake your ass to Xtina? Come get dirty learning a dirty dance routine with Sal from Shut Up & Dance. We don’t care about how old you are or if you have less rhythm than a drunk chicken – no offence, but you’re not unique in your lack of coordination.

You’ll enjoy a sexy playlist, some saucy choreography and leave feeling as though you can take over the festival dance floor. Just be prepared to let go of your inhibitions.

Maryam Al-Roubaibai

A safe and nurturing space into a guided journey of deeper self-connection.

Maryam is a certified yoga teacher and wellness workshop facilitator born in Canada with Syrian and Iraqi heritage, whose work incorporates the use of meditation, reiki, cacao, somatic movement, and sound healing.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that unity, love, and collective energy are powerful catalysts for healing.

FLow & Glow Yoga

Begüm

A slow flow yoga practice where we will focus on preparing our bodies for the day by combining breath and meditation with intentional asana movement.

This practice is kind of moving meditation with emphasis placed on breathing in conjunction with the asanas.

There will be many variations throughout the session so that everyone can find a rhythm. We will start slow, preparing our bodies to dance at the festival, and then ease into a well-paced practice for the bulk of the session, ending with a beautiful Shavasana.

Twerking techniques + Breathwork designed to fill you with empowerment, joy, and self-discovery. This dynamic fusion aims to encourage confidence, facilitate authentic self-expression, and cultivate a sense of belonging, all while moving through and releasing trauma and stagnant energy.

Join as you are, this workshop is for EVERYONE – no prior dance or Twerking experience necessary. Our adept facilitators will lead you through the Twerkwerk® adventure with warmth and zeal.

Treasured Vessels Clay Making

Create your very own sacred taonga out of clay.

Your two guides are the passionate wāhine, Ashlee Tawhiti; a Contemporary Māori Artist, and Chloe Guthrie; an Art Educator.

Gain a brief historic insight into the meaning and significance of these sacred treasures, then be guided through a demonstartion and try your hand at some basic hand building clay techniques. 

Connect to the whenua, your Self and all round good vibes as you shape and explore this amazing, natural medium. We will have an assortment of gifts from Papatūānuku for you to adorn your creation; shells, gemstones, flora and fauna…

Take home your own special piece of Shipwrecked imbibed with the essence and incredible magic this place has to offer to protect, heal and connect you to this exact time and place long after you return home.

A fusion of Yoga Nidra and Sophrology, accompanied by Martha on the Handpan, where participants will be guided into a highly effective deep relaxation, specially adapted to the Shipwrecked environment and infused with mood lifting sophrology.

A perfect mid-festival reset to feel refreshed, grounded and ready to sparkle all night.

Accessible to all physical abilities from age 12+

Acro Yoga

A workshop suited for beginners and those who have had some experience with Acro.

We will begin by playing some warm up games involving humans, balance and moving our muscles!

After going over how to spot correctly, we will demonstrate a step by step flow with progressions, then give groups a chance to practice, along with support from both of us to ensure safety is a high priority. We will then piece the flow together and take part in some group challenges to finish !

Please bring a yoga mat.

A powerful ceremony and sound journey that will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and spiritually aligned with your highest self.

Experience the sacred vibrations of the Egyptian Blue Lotus Flower through a ceremonial tea, tincture, and anointing oils, paired with a transformative sound journey to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit. The Blue Lotus, a high-vibration flower, connects us to the Divine, embodying creation, rebirth, and spiritual awakening while opening the third eye and crown chakras for deeper spiritual alignment.

During the ceremony, you will enjoy Blue Lotus tea and tincture, infused with intention, and be anointed with Blue Lotus oils, enhancing the connection to the flower’s healing energy. The oil ritual, combined with meditation, encourages relaxation, emotional balance, and clarity, grounding you in the present moment.

Nila Lleshaj, Blue Lotus Ceremony facilitator and meditation instructor, will guide you through the meditation, blending ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience to access the subconscious mind.

Brooke Hayley, a medicine woman and sound artist, will create a transformative soundscape using instruments like guitar, bells, sound bowls, and medicine songs. Matthew Bell will provide musical accompaniment, deepening the immersion.

In this absolute beginner’s Shibari workshop, we will learn about the Japanese art of rope tying and restraining of the body.

We will talk about the history and origins in the times of the Samurai, to the rise of the practice in the modern world, and then Kaspian’s modality of the practice today as an exercise for strengthening connection, deepening trust and Creating deeply meditative states on our partners.

This will all come with sensory experiences, how to negotiate consent and also most importantly, plenty of time to play with traditional ropes and learn some ties on yourself or a partner!

When the body is bound, the mind is free!

Robbie’s guidance flows seamlessly with Leah Luna’s soundscape, together creating an activating, playful, and liberating space to set you up for the day.

Magical Mushrooms & Psychedelic Preparation

Learn the cultural history of mushrooms within Mexico, paying respect to indigenous communities and Maria Sabina, We will discuss the science of psilocybin and explore your own somatic resources to support a psychedelic journey.

Raquel Minh is a global tumbleweed woven from roots around the world, of Mexican and Vietnamese descent, born in the United States, now residing in Aotearoa New Zealand.

On a journey of reclaiming indigenous ancestry, Raquel is a trauma-informed facilitator, plant medicine guide, and yoga teacher.

Backbends for Years to Come: Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, this workshop will teach you a little something about Yogic Backbends and how to do them safely.

We will work with the physical, mental & energetic layers of our being, as well as partnering up to help each other. Think of this as a playful Yoga session, but one that will leave you empowered to go deeper in the world of backbends.

Whether you’re single, coupled, or anything in-between, you can expect to strip the hearts defenses to allow more depth, connection and pleasure to flow through your bedroom, and beyond.

Through guided exercises and dynamic prompts, you’ll learn to transform your ideas into rhythm, rhyme, and storytelling that resonate with your audience.

If you’ve been feeling creatively blocked, this workshop will help you break through those barriers! Together, we’ll dive into the beauty of language, create spontaneous pieces, and celebrate the power of spoken word as a tool for healing, joy, and community.

Let the deliciously haunting sounds of taonga pūoro ground you, the American flute rise you up to the either and the powerful didgeridoo vibrations massage your soul.
